Starting Off

Started my 10 day KETO indoctrination with a goal of 250 grams of protein and under 50 grams of net carbs.  So far at noon I am at 79 grams of protein.  I feel like I should be at 100 by now but it's a learning process.

  1. Your'e right. It is a learning process, but you will learn. Keep at it and don't give up.

    ...and where did 50 come from?...

  2. Agreed... pretty soon 250 grams will feel normal and regular.

    and yea wtf on 50. The nice thing about eating a ton of meat is there are no carbs whatsoever. The more you eat, the easier hitting your macro targets for the day becomes.
